LargeMouth Bass?

Hi Ive been Bass fishing before and im good at it. But I live on the columbia river and there is a very small population of largemouths in the columbia and I have never caught one. Can any of you Expierienced guys gie me some tips on how to catch some. (it dosent matter what size, I just wanna catch 1).
